Herein "Customer" refers to you and/or your entity. "NetAstra" refers to the organization NetAstra Inc. that you are doing business with.
NetAstra collects certain identifying personal data when you sign up to NetAstra's Services such as your name, email address, account details, PayPal address (if different from email address), and telephone number. The personal data we collect from you is disclosed only in accordance with our Terms of Service and/or this Privacy Policy. Apart from e-mails, phone numbers, Live Chat and NetAstra uses Slack account for Customer communication.
All customer information are stored securely in NetAstra servers and will not be shared/sold/rented to any third-party agencies. The customer is responsible for providing a valid, current contact information, failing to do so will result in immediate termination of all business relationships.
If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a company, you hereby agree that the company is responsible under this Agreement for all actions and omissions conducted by its designated users of the Service.
The customer agrees to pay the first term fees (billed monthly, quarterly or annually) for the relevant service in advance including the set-up fees. For hardware, payment may be as agreed during Contractual Negotiations.

Remote hands for work already done is not refundable but if Customer opts for a prepaid plan, all unused hours can be refunded.
Users of NetAstra must keep passwords secure and confidential. Customer is requested to open a support ticket with the billing department for any billing errors. Failing to do so, NetAstra shall not accept any claims by the customer by any other means. Especially not public forums.
NetAstra has rights to add, delete or modify the terms given in this agreement. It is the customer's responsibility to check for changes time-to-time.
